Set high above the ocean on Kapalua's magnificent coastline, The Plantation House Restaurant melds award-winning Hawaiian-Mediterranean cuisine with gracious Hawaiian hospitality. From its unique vantage point on Kapalua's Plantation Golf Course, the elegant dining room offers panoramic ocean views and breathtaking sunsets. With a menu that is on par with these surroundings, Chef Alex Stanislaw blends the rustic simplicity of Mediterranean flavors with local island ingredients. The menu emphasizes Hawai‘i's fresh fish, with dishes that are enhanced by the bounty of fresh produce and herbs grown in nearby Kapalua Farms.
